Peter Malcolm King

CHAIRMAN

Peter is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director for GLS Group. He has over 23 years experience in various past roles ranging from Supply Chain Development, Strategic Business Consulting, Energy Commodities Trading, and Shipping, International Development & Policy. He is the Chairman of GLS-NAS Inc. and Liberia Inland Storage & Distribution Services and a Director of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GENS) Liberia chapter and is He holds an undergraduate degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and an MBA from the CWC School of Energy (London U.K).

Labo Gbadamosi

DIRECTOR

Labo is the Group Chief Operating Officer and Director at GLS. He has over 20 years combined work experience in Business & Management Consulting, Finance, Banking, Real Estate & Construction and Logistics. He is a Director at the Liberia Inland Storage & Distribution Services. Labo is also Director at Harmel Franklin Group – A real estate development company. Labo holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from Middlesex University, London.

Connor Dawson

DIRECTOR

Connor is the Head of Asset Management at InfraCo Africa. He joined InfraCo Africa from Group Five Construction in 2019. He has over twenty years of experience in the development, construction and operations of a broad range of infrastructure projects in sub-Saharan Africa and Eastern Europe. He has a diploma in Civil Engineering and an MBA from Wit’s Business School, South Africa.

Jad Habbab

DIRECTOR

Jad is an Asset Manager at InfraCo Africa. He joined InfraCo Africa from Vinci Energies where he worked in development, construction and operations of project within Mining, Water, Construction and Food industry in Morocco and West Africa. Jad has 7 years of operations management and worked previously at Procter & Gamble and The World bank. Jad has a diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Strategy and is also currently studying for a Management of International Business degree from ESSEC Business school, France.

Francis Darko

Technical Construction Manager

Francis is a Construction Manager with with combined experience of 8yrs+ in the construction industry both in Ghana and Liberia. His core areas of expertise include project planning, estimation and contract administration. He holds a BSc in Construction Technology and Management and is currently pursuing an MSc in Construction Engineering Management. Francis also lectures at the Stella Maris Polytechnic on Professional Practice and Construction Contract Documentation.

Sobayo Kazeem

Finance Manager

Kazeem has over 13 years finance cognitive experience ranging from Banking to e-commerce and Logistics. Sobayo Kazeem has a higher National Diploma in Accounting, he is also a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Kazeem has MBA in Finance from UNICAF University.

Prisca A. Chukwudi

Business Development/Commercial Officer

Prisca is a certified communication and Business Development professional with over 6 years experience in various roles ranging from corporate communications, digital marketing, social media management and Public Relations. Prisca holds a BSc in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and is currently pursuing an MSc in Business Management.

Alberto Codo

Warehouse Supervisor

Alberto Codo is a seasoned professional with a background in logistics, procurement, and sales engineering. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Padova, Italy, Alberto has gained extensive experience working across multiple countries and industries. Prior roles include Country Logistic Manager for ACTED in Moldova, and Logistic Consultant for Maisons Des Enfants in Madagascar. His international experience extends to roles as a Country Logistic Coordinator for Doctors with Africa CUAMM in South Sudan and Sierra Leone.
